This operation retrieves conversations from your DevRev workspace using optional filters and returns matching conversation IDs and a total count for use in automated workflows.

• Automatic Pagination Automatically paginates through large result sets using cursor-based iteration. Returns up to 1,000 conversations per run, with a configurable default of 50.
• Workflow-Ready Outputs Returns a list of matching conversation IDs and a total count, ready to feed into subsequent workflow steps such as assignment, tagging, or bulk updates.
